DAY TOUR AROUND HANOI ON MOTORBIKE
Day Tour Introduction
This one day tour by motorbike is a long riding version, mainly on sealed roads. You ride 250km in one day which is quite long. However, the reward is the “dry” Halong Bay. In general, the trip was designed for intermediate and advanced riders.

DETAILED ITINERARY
Leaving Hanoi around 9am from the Southern end of Hanoi by the old National Road 1. The new highway from Phap Van to Cau Gie is only for cars so taking the old one is the only choice despite the narrow road. Then we do a sightseeing tour of the below attractions.
Hoa Lu and Tam Coc – A popular day tour destination
Hoa Lu was a military complex during Dinh dynasty and you could also visit Le and Dinh temples. In fact, there is just one way in and out, 90km from Hanoi. In addition, you can hike up the Yen Ngua hill and get the panoramic view of the whole area.
Bai Dinh Temple
Bái Đính Temple Spiritual and Cultural Complex is a complex of Buddhist temples on Bai Dinh Mountain in Gia Vien District, Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam. Currently, the compound consists of the original old small temple and a newly created larger temple. In general, it is considered the largest complex of Buddhist temples in Vietnam and has become a popular site for Buddhist pilgrimages from across Vietnam in recent years. In reality, many people prefer it as a temple resort complex.
Tam Coc
This “dry” Halong Bay is 30km from Hoa Lu, 120km from Hanoi. In fact, this is a popular place for a scenic boat ride through three caves (means Tam Coc). It is a “Halong Bay on land” with limestone mountains out of the water and rice fields.
